Support for Victims of Fresno Truck Accidents

Fresno truck accidents have proven to be complex matters. Trucking companies employ large insurers to handle their claims. This means that they might try to do anything possible to deny your claim or offer you much less than you deserve in financial compensation. With the help of an attorney, you may be able to obtain some of the following damages:

  • Payments for medical bills you have obtained or will obtain in the future
  • Lost wages and future loss of benefits caused by missing time at work
  • Pain and suffering damages
  • Loss of companionship or consortium
  • Wrongful death damages if a life was lost due to an accident

Speaking with a knowledgeable attorney can put your claim into perspective following a collision. It is important that you act quickly, however, as you may have limited time to file your claim. California’s statute of limitations on personal injury claims is two years from the time that you discover your injuries.
